So I edited build.prop and screwed something up. Did a reset through TWRP thinking my factory build.prop would replace the one I edited, but can't boot.... Can't get LGUP to recognize phone.
I can get into TWRP. I can ADB my device.... I can get windows to recognize device. But again can't get into LGUP. Didn't have a backup of my device in TWRP. Derp.
