XDA Recognized Themer cbucz24 along with the help of XDA Retired Forum Moderator dwitherell has released a few APKtool scripts for Windows. They've been tested on Windows 10 and they come with two registry files to add options to the right-click context menu, and two batch files for quickly compiling and decompiling.
